@MetaMask/library-admins does the ci need manual approval or bypass? "All jobs pass" seems to hang indefinitely when looking at other open PRs as well and logs are not viewable for me.

It failed in a way that doesn't allow retry, same as the commit on main that failed originally.

Pushing a new commit (e.g. git commit --amend just to change the hash, then force-push) should trigger a new CI run though. Supposedly the incident is over now, so hopefully it'll work
