Add async api example

Using the capnode-based plugin registerApiRequestHandler API.

The plugin exposes two simple methods, to demonstrate a basic event-listener pattern:

• Ping (returns 'pong')
• On (a generic event listener, has a 'ping' event, and will notify when any other 'ping' method is invoked).
