Drag from Pile to Pile on Canvas #132

When dragging cards from a deck/canvas to a pile (eg a discard pile) the cards get added to the pile but the objects stay on the canvas. Not sure that is ideal behaviour.

I think this probably needs to be a region setting whether to leave the cards on the canvas or not, if I understand this correctly
