[#1] Basic card display

Dragging a Card onto the canvas creates a visible object in that layer. Other features, such as dragging cards around, selecting them and getting a hud, etc. are for later tickets.

Afraid I am not able to get this to work. What I have tried was:

• Dragging a card from the deck sheet onto the canvas while on the token layer.
• Dragging a card from the deck sheet onto the canvas while on the card layer.
• Dragging a pile, hand, and deck from the Cards directory onto the canvas while on the cards layer.

Tried this with both the new and old Cards sheet, so that does not seem to be the reason. Also verified that it is not just a display issue (canvas.cards.placeables remains empty).

After a fresh reboot, I was able to drag a single card onto the canvas, but not a second one.
