Pile

[x] Pass (Pile) should be disabled if the Pile has no cards.
[x] Reset (Pile) should be disabled if the Pile has no cards.
[x] Shuffle (Pile) should be disabled if the Pile has no cards.

Hand

[x] Pass (Hand) should be disabled if the Hand has no cards.
[x] Reset (Hand) should be disabled if the Hand has no cards.

Deck

[x] Shuffle (Deck) should be disabled if the Deck has no cards.
[x] Deal (Deck) should be disabled if the Deck has no cards that are not drawn.
[x] Reset (Deck) should be disabled if none of the cards are drawn.
