Currently, the assumption is that any given card document can only be represented once per scene. However, Foundry has native ctrl-C ctrl-V handling for the Canvas. What's the desired functionality?

Copying and pasting a card makes no sense. We should block this behavior (and tell the user why!) until a use case arises.
