Added ccm.api as a globally available namespace of functions

Includes grid function which automatically lays cards out in a grid on the current scene.

deck = fromUuidSync('Cards.7jMmeWyukAOUyafr')
field = fromUuidSync('Cards.mHOQl3tZzvPtHPwU')
ccm.api.grid({ from: deck, to: field, rows: 2, columns: 3})
