Cannot create the multiqc conda environment #18

I tried to run the test, and after some time (less than 30 minutes, but more than 10 minutes), of conda trying to install the necessary packages on the multiqc.yaml file, I got multiple conflict errors (message is too long to post here). My impression is that the multiqc.yaml has a lot of packages and some of the rules are combining multiple yaml files that are generating conflicts? I'll try to do some testing with smaller conda environments to see if that solves the issue

How are you installing the conda environments and what errors are you getting?
