In line with the recently merged #12, this PR aims to introduce the same heading styles in the readme, and to add the links to the integrated models that were missing from the list, together with some minor improvements.

Looks good! Minor thing that I noticed: when I saw Fruitfly-GEM first I thought the GEMs would be listed alphabetically but it does not seem to be the case. Not a big deal of course but wanted to mention it in case some sort of order was intended.

Thanks! The list is sorted alphabetically, but it starts with the GEMs and ends with the maps. I was tempted to introduce sections to group these, but I hope in a future not to far away the maps repositories will not be needed.

I meant that Yeast-GEMshould come after Worm-GEM.
