feat: mock data overlay sources

Mock data overlay data for two models are added.
For each model, two data types are included.
For each data type, two data sources are included.
For each data source, two correct component ids are included.
Include some rows that have faulty component ids in a few of the data source files.

Looks great Shan @e0 ! Just curious about how you set the values in the TSV files, randomly set or from some databases?

Thanks! The ones included in this PR for the mock files are just randomly set.
