I don't know if you are using retention time indexing @chufz ? We are planning to have this in our new non-targeted platform, so we might consider an option to convert RTs to RIs. Functions are available in MetaboCoreUtils.

Will be a nice feature, for now i was modifying my libraries with the predicted RT.
