GemStone debugging code getting in way of understanding Pharo failures #510

See https://travis-ci.org/Metacello/metacello/jobs/571430273#L3460 for an example ... these tests pass in GemStone now, so the gemstone debugging code should be removed ...

In fact, the debugging code is causing the pharo tests to fail (rate limit protection) .... and without the MNU, the test would be passing ...

bitbucket no longer supports accessing tags API:
