[Workshop] Cursor flickers between windows mouse and Terraria mouse #2

Bug: 1.4.3 cursor flickers between windows mouse and terraria mouse sometimes. I don't know how to reproduce because it's kind of a once a day thing, nor do I know how to consistently fix but here's a clip: https://streamable.com/pkc8nf This time it got fixed when I went into workshop settings menu. I'll try this again next time it happens.

I get a loooooooot of these clogging up my client.log. Talking hundreds per hour, sometimes per minute. Probably related to the flickering issue I shared in a previous comment.
