Added backend env variable AUTH_SIGNUP_VERIFY_EMAIL: boolean. If true, we send activation email and wait until user confirms email, otherwise we authorize user right away.
Added FE support of both states of AUTH_SIGNUP_VERIFY_EMAIL param
Fixed User.last_login_date field set on signin
