Add the functionality for search in navbar #1407

One minor request: can we update the font-size for mobile navbar? Let's use text-base (16px) to prevent the zoom-when-tapped behavior on Apple devices.

Can we also ensure that this triggers the 'feedSearch' event in Google Analytics? Even better would be to add a label to that event called 'fromNavbar' or 'fromHomepage' when a certain condition applies.
