In reply comments, options menu not visible/accessible.

Didn't see this reported elsewhere. Makes it difficult to moderate subcomments on the frontend.

Current behavior

Comment options accessed by the "..." button are inaccessible in reply comments. e.g. at middle-right of screenshot below, you can just see the top of the menu. The rest of it is hidden below the bottom of the comment pane.

Expected/desired behavior

Menu should be outside of/in front of other elements, as you get with top-level comments (e.g., screenshot below).

It's not fixed, it might actually have been introduced by my updates (if not this round, the previous round)
