Customise notifications menu buttons are unreachable on mobile if many notifications are enabled #1450

Complaint by user here:

On mobile, the Save Changes and Unfollow buttons on the Customise Notifications pop-up window are off the screen and I cannot scroll to them. I should note that this is only the case when I have enough notifications on (such that the Unfollow and Save Change buttons are pushed down the page).

Could be an iOS/Safari issue. On Android/Chrome I can always scroll to them, although it seems like I'm scrolling on the underlying question at the same time.
