Suggest usernames when typing @ in comment (v2)

This PR resolves Sylvain's comment on #538

implemented a function to extract comment authors from feed items into mention items
updated queryMentions util to handle client-driven user mention when searching
implemented a context to be able to propagate prop changes for client mentions into lexical framework initialized with defaultUserMentions Gurx cell
