Missing profile settings #321

We're missing the "new questions in followed tournaments" option in the "Email notifications" section.

I don't see my api token in my settings page (user id 105951).

@SylvainChevalier I see we deprecated the "new questions in followed tournaments" here -- https://www.notion.so/metaculus/Global-reminders-notifications-e0f517aaadfe414cab563bbdc16b09ff Thus, we don't have neither notification setting nor backend support for that Do you still want to add it?

You're right, I'm being inconsistent. Let's table it for now. Could you then hide the "follow" button on tournament pages? It doesn't do anything anymore.

API token visible for bot users only

Assuming not all users have an API token, it'd be nice to show it in the settings if it exists. There are non-bot API users.

@SylvainChevalier currently, we send notifications for questions just opened within subscribed tournament, so this is the only thing "follow" button does. Should we still hide it or leave as is?
