Tweet embeds aren't working #388

Current behavior

Twitter links just shows up as links, e.g. https://beta.metaculus.com/questions/737/spacex-mars-mission-by-2030#comment-150635#comment-150635

Expected/desired behavior

Should make a nice little embed like: image

@hickman-santini on prod you can just link to a Tweet and it should embed automatically. It's a frequently used feature so would be great for it to work on the rewrite as well. (You do like this [my tweet](tweeturlhere) and it automatically embeds).
