Witherskull reward dupe bug

As the title describes the wither skulls you get as rewards get duped when you place one and then axe it.

• MetaCustomItemsLib-2.1.2.jar
• MetaMobHunting-9.1.2.jar
• paper-1.21.1-120.jar

So:

• kill a wither
• get reward skull
• place reward skull on the ground
• use pickaxe to get the skull and you end up with two skulls. This is endless you can create hundreds of skulls.

Interesting! Have you run into this with any other skulls?

I'll be looking into this shortly. In the meantime could you post a copy of a log from a session where this happens. If this is on a survival server I would recommend going into your config settings and turning the wither skull drop off if you haven't already and you are in a position where this exploit could harm your economy / player progression.

This is either a plugin incompatibility I'll need to fix or spawns from a particular config setting. I ran through a test to replicate seen in the vid linked below and was not able to replicate this on the same version of paper and customitemslib/mobhunt.

When you are able, please give me a log from a server instance where this occurred, a copy of your mobhunt config, and a list of installed plugins so I can try to replicate.
