A.1. Apply page break field and add payment field on the second page.

2. Publish the form and add try to submit the form use URL. Actual result- Line items showing on both the pages and submit also shows on both the pages.

B.Additional option added when clicked on the line items then added extra options not showing on the build page.

C. 1. Click on line items.

2. additional items option shows in the properties.
3. click on the additional option label.
4. press the delete key of the keyboard. Actual result- after pressing delete key control comes on fields basic control.

D.Map fields show when clicking on line items. Map fields related extra fields not showing like Name, Email, Address.
