When adding new organization and choosing a plan then that plan details not showing in the organization subscription.[Manage-workflow]

1.Go to organization.

2. Create new organization.
3. choose any plan and complete the billing part.
4. then click on edit option of that newly created organization. Actual result- When created new organization and chosen plan to purchase that plan not showing in the subscription of the organization. But when change the plan second time and purchase it then it shows the in the subscription list like history.
