Add czech translation #57

  1. Big thanks to MetaRipper for the czech translation

  2. Adds czech flag scaled down to 200x133 px using the wikipedia version (it's public domain): https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_Czech_Republic.svg

  3. Adds "cs" to config (czech languag language code, according to wikipedia)
