The trouble with rotation offset (in addition to there not being space in the settings in the current layout) is that it's a lot harder to visualize how it would affect the camera than position. That's why I have the "correct camera" setting instead, which is simpler and better than a manual setting, unless the goal is something other than having the camera rotation be level and facing the notes
Add the ability to control a rotation offset with correct camera.
e.g. the camera can be pitched up to see more of an environment above with correct camera, same applies for down, pitch and roll
pros: you can control exactly how much offset of rotation you want with correct camera cons: none I can think of apart from complexity
