Sorry But How do I install this? #99

Am i right that this is a software I can have on my computer in order to use my .dat files (replays) and play them back and move the camera around and stuff? How am I supposed to install it on my computer? Dont understand the qmod files.

This is a mod for the native Quest version of Beat Saber, not any other platforms or files
