Darts stuck in entities can not be retrieved #18

This will probably be because of how TTT overhauls using, and the use event is being given to the parent entity and not the dart.

Doesn't seem to be all entities, like prop_func_rotating doesn't have this problem, but prop_physics does. Also func_breakable_surf doesn't even leave a dart.
