HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem LongPathsEnabled to 1

If that doesn't work try cloning it to a shorter path (e.g. root of a drive) If that still doesn't work, nothing can be done because NTFS is horrible (other than not using Windows, which isn't feasible for a lot of people)

The longpath thing didn't work, the moving to it the drive did it, amazing.
