Brand new folder for markiplier chatsounds and remove bjoern chatsounds.

I don't think it's fair to remove another user's folder without consent or probable cause on your own volition.

If there's context that's missing (highly doubt), then re-open.

You're free to make a new PR with just the new sounds.

he's cross server blacklisted from metastruct, most of his shits been removed all ready
