Include another VSCode addon

I am not sure if this belongs here. All current extras in that list has been made by Meta Construct developers. Also they work with socketdev without requiring another way to remotely execute lua which your addon/extension requires.

Yes, this seems to be doing the same thing as https://github.com/Lixquid/vscode-gmod-luadev except with extra steps?

Fair enough. It works a bit differently from the Lixquid one (like you noticed), so I figured it doesn't hurt to list here.
