Enhancements

• In base
  • the copy of clearwater-auto-config-docker.init.d and the line in the Dockerfile to copy it in should be removed once https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-infrastructure/pull/475 is merged.
  • the repo URL should be changed back to stable (rather than latest), although for testing this PR you will continue to want latest
• I've deployed this using docker-compose and successfully run the live tests, but there still seem to be issues when running on Kubernetes
  • create_numbers.sh fails in Ellis because it is getting called before mysqld is started. Workaround: log into the ellis pod and rerun it. This is low priority as Ellis isn't needed for deployments with an HSS.
  • homestead-prov doesn't seem to be starting and I haven't worked out why yet. This needs diagnosing and fixing, although again this is lower priority if we can get it working with a real HSS.

Main enhancements / fixed here are:

• Use separate homestead-prov and homestead containers. This means that when deploying with a real HSS you can just not deploy homestead-prov
• Allow shared config to be specified by providing an ADDITIONAL_SHARED_CONFIG environment variable to the containers. See updates to the README.
• Start socket factories in Sprout and Homestead (needed for e.g. logging to SAS)

A number of in line comments. Also, a couple of higher level thoughts:

*    We presumably want loggers for things like Ellis, HS-prov etc. in the long run
*    I agree with your offline comment that we should add the socket factory bit to Ralf

I'll likely look at these once we have the VMs up, and are building images.
