Deploying cw-aio.ova on vSphere 6.5 fails, with vSphere rejecting the allinone ova with Invalid OVF checksum algorithm: SHA1.

Prevents cw-aio.ova being deployed from vSphere 6.5.

There is a workaround in the linked thread, involving fixing up the OVF template within the OVA. The fixed up version is attached: cw-aio.ovf.gz
