A few suggestions for Assumed characters #45

While the ability to speak as a character is already amazing, I have a few suggestions on how to make it even better.

  1. Reaction or command-based editing: The ability to edit a proxied message would be beyond amazing, the easiest way to pull that off would be to allow for reacting with a pen to edit the message or by replying to the message with a command for editing. To be able to tell if the message was sent by the person trying to edit it, I advise allowing logging proxied messages in a channel, which can then be used to look up the message in the log by id before editing it.
  2. Reaction-based deletion. Using the same logging system to edit messages can also be used to allow for deleting proxied messages without needing manage messages perms to pull it off. Both of these ideas rely on a message log of sorts, which would be a channel set by the admins in settings.
