[Feature Request] Allow taking guild salary out of the guild bank automatically. #50

Currently, when creating guild ranks we can set a salary for each rank, but that salary is entirely nonfunctional. It would be amazing if when setting a salary it would take that salary out of the guild's bank at a regular interval set by the guild using guild settings.
