[SS Bug] pulling up =regions errors out when a region existed in a server that is no longer synced #61

Pulling up =regions when a region existed in a server no longer connected to the bot and no longer synced with it, causes an error to be sent. Error should be below Screen Shot 2022-01-18 at 10 49 48 PM :
