Hi, FANTASIA looks quite great, unfortunately it's not easy to deploy on a cluster. To make the program more accessible I would suggest to upload the container on DockerHub (as it's accessible for docker, Apptainer and Singularity) with a proper versioning, and upload as much as possible information on the github (including definition file for container). That would make the program considerably more accessible!
