PR plans for private repositories #36

The Jenkins PR plan in the Blueprint fails on private repositories. Do we need to support private repositories at all? We should discuss this in the next meeting and with a broader (potential) user group.

Fix (for now): Change the repository url at "pipeline" to the ssh URL. If you already set up the regular buids on master, jenkins has access to your repository and it should work.

Figure out what the open source policy is in APN and what the implications on other tools (GH actions) and documentation (GH pages) are.
