Removed docs-folder and added npm dev-dependency on yuidocjs #272

Ignore the generated documentation and added an easy way by including the npm package configuration. You now just need to run npx yuidocjs and you'll get the docs.

This could go into a release process ... but this release process should then also remove the node_modules folder again so DEV dependencies do not show up in the final release.

This got closed because I renamed v2.0 branch into v2. I think this should go into (new) master branch anyway.
