Make Meteor 3.x compatible #740

This PR takes the latest Meteo-compatible release (1.13.1) and wraps it back to this Meteor package.

[x] move back to Meteor package and make run again
[x] remove vulnerable regexp
[x] add a custom RegExp definition system so users can define their own regex
[x] lint fix
[x] update Readme
[x] add ci
[x] add community docs
[ ] make computable fields async compatible (#739)
[ ] check if we can merge other remaining PRs
[ ] check if we can apply additional fixes from NPM package 3.x releases
