I just recently uploaded my app to the Amazon app store, to make it available on Fire devices. The only lacking functionality is push services, as Amazon uses its own mechanism, ADM. According to the docs, ADM support is an open item on the raix:push to do list. Are there any concrete plans to support ADM in the nearer future?
