Bootstrap front end implementation of nilsdannemann's mockup

  1. twbs:bootstrap added
  2. accounts-ui removed
  3. ian:accounts-ui-bootstrap-3 added
  4. frontbody.html and header.html changed

It's my first pull request ever, so let me know if I'm doing something wrong. Also don't know anything about testing the changes.
