Meteor Points(MPTS) will not be credited #15

My wallet should have had 40 Meteor Points (MPTS) credited by now. However, only 20 MPTS are credited. How can the error be fixed? I'd like to do the day's chores, but what's the point if I don't get credited with points. Attached are screenshots.
