[Suggestion] Add Hotbar Reloader

Describe the feature

Saved Hotbar reloader: When changing the "hotbar.nbt" in ".minecraft" folder I always need to restart my game, which is annoying. I suggest adding a "Reload" option in "Saved Hotbars" menu.
