[Bug] Notebot not working

Describe the bug

Notebot places noteblocks in a 5 block radius, but it seems to be able to only set it up in 1 block radius for some reason.

Steps to reproduce

Enable notebot and most songs will not work.

0.4.8

Minecraft Version

1.18.2

Operating System

Windows

I have the same issue on 1.20.6 meteor 0.5.7-2090
