Damage No-Fall

Describe the feature

Instead of the normal packet, place, or air place. You take small amounts of damage while falling from certain heights. I've seen this in much older clients, but not really newer ones. (By older clients, I mean 1.8, 1.12, ect.) But I would love to see this as a feature, or maybe addon in meteor!

P.S.A: Yes, this is a bypass in most Anarchy servers. I do not endorse hacking on servers other than anarchy
