Chams not rendering item player is holding

Describe the bug

Player chams doesn't show the item they're holding through walls.

Steps to reproduce

Enabling Chams Player seen not through walls Player rendering through items Can't see items through wall

0.13.0

Minecraft Version

1.21.1

Operating System

I was able to reproduce this : image but it's not basically meant to show the handheld item (I checked the code and it's not meant to render it)

Btw you can change the tag to enhancement as it isn't a bug
