According to the Meteor Packaging wiki, I'm supposed to "File an issue in MeteorPackaging/discussions and ask for permission to fork the repo into the MeteorPackaging org".
As a side note, I recently published chipcastledotcom:jspdf on Atmosphere, but followed the git submodule approach, which was done prior to reading several posts on how I should contact you instead and follow the instructions on the wiki. Any pointers on deprecating that package would be helpful as well. I figured I would just update the README and point to the package once it's published properly.
