Hi @fjsj! Here is the forked repo. And you've been invited to the momentjs team.

I see there are no releases for this library, nor a build system or version tracking. Perhaps we can keep our fork up to date without making any PR to the original repo?

As the package name, I'd say momentjs:business would be perfect! We already have a couple of packages under the momentjs organization.
