The following changes were made to the tests

Solenoid:

Adjust tolerances
Add fringe_max

Sextupole:

Adjust tolerances
Add fringe_max
Adjust bit number for fringe (using old number)

Octupole:

Adjust tolerances
Adjust bit number for fringe (using old number)
