issue with combined function magnet and emit #1174

The attached script gets 2 different emittance values (diff by about factor 2) when changing the k1 in the dipole just by 1.5e-16 m^{-2} (which does not even change tunes or Dx).

Continuing to change the k1 of the dipole by similar small values you get erratic changes up and down.

Observe the same. Using TWISS with CHROM shows that the radiation integrals do not change. Looks like something wrong with the damping partition, that should add up to 4 ( Robinson sum rule), not the case in for the second emit.
